Client Support Specialist
Kaitlyn Rothaus
Kaitlyn joined the Mosaic team in September 2023 and currently serves as a Client Support Specialist. In her role, she works directly with clients and the Mosaic team to ensure smooth processes and experiences for each of our clients.
Kaitlyn came to Mosaic with over a decade of experience in higher education and secondary education administration. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Operations and Talent Management at Johns Hopkins University within the Office of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration. She is passionate about using her skills and expertise to help people achieve their goals and is currently undergoing the process to become a CFP® Professional.
Kaitlyn is a Maryland transplant, having grown up in Oklahoma and lived in both Texas and California. She holds a Master of Science in Education degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor University and a B.A. in English with minors in Psychology and Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University. In her free time, you can find Kaitlyn reading the latest fiction book on her shelf, spending time with friends, or playing with her rescue dog, Oliver.
